Jak co roku na pomorskich drogach jest więcej patroli, których celem jest zapewnienie bezpiecznego dojazdu i powrotu z miejsc spoczynku bliskich.
Oprócz zmian w organizacji ruchu, należy spodziewać się wzmożonych kontroli drogowych. Policjanci zwrócą szczególną uwagę na trzeźwość kierujących, stan techniczny pojazdów, sposób przewożenia pasażerów, zwłaszcza dzieci, oraz prędkość, która jest najczęstszą przyczyną zdarzeń drogowych. Policjanci będą również przy cmentarzach kierować ruchem w miejscach, gdzie jest to wymagane. W miastach mundurowi polecają korzystać z komunikacji publicznej.
