Do 19 września zrób spirometrię nieodpłatnie
Bezpłatne badania płuc – do soboty można bezpłatnie wykonać w ramach trzecich Polskich Dni Spirometrii.
Do 19 września spirometrię nieodpłatnie oferuje około 230 placówek w całym kraju. To badanie służące do diagnostyki i monitorowania skuteczności leczenia chorób płuc przebiegających z obturacją oskrzeli, czyli ich zwężeniem. Spirometria pozwala zdiagnozować przewlekłą obturacyjną chorobę płuc tzw. POChP. To groźne schorzenie, na które – przeważnie nieświadomie – cierpią w Polsce 2 mln osób. Badanie spirometryczne jest też przydatne w diagnostyce wpływu zanieczyszczeń powietrza na układ oddechowy. W województwie pomorskim najwięcej placówek biorących udział w akcji mieści się w trójmieście – jak oddział Pulmonologiczny gdyńskiego Szpitala Morskiego im. PCK, Przychodnia Św. Ojca Pio na gdańskiej Zaspie czy działające w Gdyni i Gdańsku Centrum Medyczne Synexus.
Bezpłatną spirometrię do soboty można także wykonać w placówkach w Starogardzie Gdańskim, Tczewie, Chojnicach i Somoninie. Pełną listę znaleźć można na stronie głównego organizatora wydarzenia, Polskiej Federacji Stowarzyszeń Chorych na Astmę, Alergię i POChP.
