Długi weekend spokojny na pomorskich drogach
Długi weekend przebiega spokojnie na pomorskich drogach – informują policjanci. Mimo zwiększonego ruchu od środy na Kaszubach nie doszło do poważniejszych wypadków.
– Wygląda na to że większość wzięła sobie do serca nowe przepisy zaostrzające kary za przekraczanie prędkości w terenie zabudowanym, kierowcy jeżdżą rozważniej – mówi Anetta Potrykus z wejherowskiej policji. – Można to zauważyć chociażby na krajowej 6.
Od środowego popołudnia na drogach jest więcej patroli. W ramach akcji „Bezpieczny weekend” policjanci prowadzą wzmożone kontrole – zwracają szczególną uwagę na trzeźwość kierujących, czy pamiętają o zapiętych pasach i przewożeniu dzieci w fotelikach oraz na przekraczanie dozwolonej prędkości. Policja przypomina, że po przekroczeniu o 50 km/h dozwolonej prędkości kierowca traci prawo jazdy. Natomiast jeżdżącym na tzw. „na podwójnym gazie”, grożą – niezależnie od orzeczonych kar – konsekwencje finansowe, które mogą sięgać nawet 10 tys. zł.
