Czy warto robić postanowienie noworoczne?
Od nowego roku schudnę, zacznę ćwiczyć i zdrowo się odżywiać – to najczęstsze postanowienia noworoczne o których niestety zapominamy już następnego dnia. Pojawia się pytanie – czy w ogóle warto robić postanowienie noworoczne?
Według psychologów przyjmujemy puste obietnice, bo to przyjemne zadanie, które wzbudza w nas pozytywną wizję przyszłości. Jest nam lepiej gdy gdy chcemy zmienić siebie, zrezygnować z nałogów. O tym jakie postanowienia będą mieli mieszkańcy Kartuz, i czy w nich wytrwają rozmawiał Piotr Szyca. W realizacji postanowień pomoże umiar. Nie trzeba od razu się głodzić ani rzucać palenia. Można je za to stopniowo ograniczać, wtedy poprawi się samopoczucie i urośnie wiara we własne siły.
