Czy będzie wspólna ładowarka do telefonów?
Za wprowadzeniem wspólnej ładowarki do telefonów opowiedział się Parlament Europejski – m.in. taką zmianę zawiera przyjęty projekt nowej dyrektywy w sprawie urządzeń radiowych i końcowych urządzeń telekomunikacyjnych. Nowe przepisy mają ujednolicić prawo w państwach członkowskich w zakresie wprowadzania na rynek urządzeń radiowych, takich jak telefony komórkowe, piloty do otwierania drzwi w samochodzie czy modemy. Przepisy mają nadążać za dynamicznie rosnącą liczbą i różnorodnością urządzeń dostępnych na rynku, zapewnić, że nie będzie dochodziło do zakłóceń między nimi oraz że nowe urządzenia będą spełniały wszystkie standardy bezpieczeństwa dla zdrowia. Nowe regulacje mają m.in. zobowiązać producentów sprzętu elektronicznego, by wszystkie telefony komórkowe i inne urządzenia przenośne trafiające na unijny rynek były kompatybilne ze wspólną ładowarką. Przyjęty przez europarlament projekt nowych przepisów będzie musiała teraz zatwierdzić Rada Unii Europejskiej. Kraje członkowskie będą miały dwa lata na dostosowanie prawa do wymogów unijnych, a producenci urządzeń radiowych będą mieli dodatkowy rok na dostosowanie się do nich.
