Bytów: Rozpoczął sie proces Łukasza D., który śmiertelnie potrącił rowerzystę
W Bytowie rozpoczął się proces Łukasza D. – kierowcy, który śmiertelnie potrącił rowerzystę. O tej sprawie w maju mówiła cała Polska.
Przypomnijmy, rano 6 maja na głównej ulicy Bytowa potrącono rowerzystę. Sprawca zdarzenia zbiegł z miejsca wypadku. Porzucił samochód kilkaset metrów dalej i uciekł do lasu. Okazał się nim 31-letni mieszkaniec miasta Łukasz D, który sam po kilkunastu godzinach zgłosił się na policję. Mówił, że był w szoku, przyznał się do winy, choć twierdzi, że nie wiedział w co uderzył. Niestety potrącony 65-letni rowerzysta, po kilku dniach zmarł w szpitalu. Wypadek został zarejestrowany przez miejski monitoring. Widać tam, jak Łukasz D. niebieską hondą civic jedzie ulicą Wojska Polskiego obok bytowskiego rynku i bez próby hamowania albo ominięcia rowerzysty, uderza prosto w niego, nie zatrzymując się.
Proces Łukasza D. rozpoczął się wczoraj. Sąd przedłużył mu tymczasowy areszt na kolejne 3 miesiące. Nie przesłuchano jeszcze wszystkich świadków, w tym dziewczyny oskarżonego, która uczestniczyła z nim w grillu – dzień przed wypadkiem. Łukaszowi D. grozi kara do 12 lat pozbawienia wolności.
