Było spokojniej i bezpieczniej niż w ubiegłym roku
Pomorska policja podsumowała działania związane ze świątecznym weekendem. Przebiegł on spokojnie i bezpiecznie.
W święta na pomorskich drogach doszło do 13 wypadków, w których rannych zostało 20 osób. Doszło także do 199 kolizji. Tak jak rok temu, na pomorskich drogach nikt nie zginął. 55 kierowców zostało złapanych na prowadzeniu pojazdu znajdując się pod wpływem alkoholu. W porównaniu z ubiegłym rokiem spadła liczba wypadków. Więcej za to było kolizji – o 70 i kierujących na „podwójnym gazie” – o siedmiu. W ciągu czterech dni wzmożonych działań o bezpieczeństwo na drogach dbało blisko 860 policjantów ruchu drogowego, a także ponad tysiąc stu policjantów innych komórek. Wspierali ich m.in. żołnierze Żandarmerii Wojskowej, funkcjonariusze Straży Miejskich i Gminnych, Inspekcji Transportu Drogowego oraz Straży Granicznej.
