Budują nowy chodnik z Chwaszczyna do Tuchomia
W gminie Żukowo budują nowy chodnik między Tuchomiem a Chwaszczynem. Przy drodze krajowej nr 20 powstanie jednostronny ciąg pieszo – rowerowy z kostki betonowej.
– Znacznie poprawi bezpieczeństwo pieszych, mieszkańcy zabiegali o jego budowę – mówi burmistrz Żukowa Wojciech Kankowski.
Wybudowany zostanie też przepust nad rzeką Strzelenką oraz nowe przejścia dla pieszych w okolicach ulicy Dobrzewińskiej. Nowy chodnik będzie miał 1 km 200 metrów. Inwestorem jest Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad. Firma z Kwidzyna wybuduje chodnik z Tuchomia do Chwaszczyna za kwotę 11 mln 700 tys zł w terminie 70 dni od dnia podpisania umowy.
