– Budowa obwodnicy Kartuz ruszy w przyszłym roku – poinformowała dziś na konferencji prasowej burmistrz Kartuz Mirosława Lehman.
Pierwszy etap przedsięwzięcia obejmuje m.in. budowę dwóch rond. Jednego na ul. Gdańskiej, na wysokości fabryki pomocy naukowych, natomiast drugiego w miejscu skrzyżowania ul.Węglowej i 3 Maja oraz połączeniu ich nową trasą, biegnącą równolegle do ul. Węglowej. Dalej obwodnica podążałaby w kierunku Grzybna – mówi Mirosława Lehman. Przy tej okazji wybudowany zostanie ciąg pieszo-rowerowy z Kartuz do Grzybna. To dobra informacja, bo o budowie chodnika do Grzybna mówiło się od dawna, teraz inwestycja zostanie sfinalizowana. Przewidziano wysepki i oświetlenie na całej trasie. Drugi etap budowy obwodnicy od Grzybna w kierunku Prokowskich Chrustów z wlotem w drogę wojewódzką nr 211 na odcinku Kartuzy – Łapalice przyjdzie poczekać nieco dłużej.
