Brakuje chętnych do obsługi Kaszubskich Inkubatorów Przedsiębiorczości. Te mają powstać do końca sierpnia w Kartuzach, Kościerzynie, Bytowie i Lęborku. To projekt skierowany do początkujących przedsiębiorców. W inkubatorze otrzymają oni najem biura na preferencyjnych warunkach, wsparcie merytoryczne oraz doradztwo w prowadzeniu firmy. W Bytowie inkubator będzie zlokalizowany w budynku po szkole podstawowej nr 2, w Lęborku przy ulicy Krzywoustego 1, w Kościerzynie przy przemysłowej 3. Natomiast w Kartuzach powstaje nowy budynek przy warsztatach Zespołu Szkół Technicznych. W każdym z inkubatorów oprócz biur, powstanie sala konferencyjna oraz część gastronomiczna. Budynki mają być gotowe do końca czerwca, równolegle trwa też rekrutacja firm i poszukiwania podmiotów do obsługi inkubatorów. – Miasto ogłosiło już trzeci przetarg na tak zwanego operatora czyli prowadzącego inkubatory – mówi burmistrz Kościerzyny Zdzisław Czucha. Dodajmy, że dotychczas Kościerzyna jako lider projektu ogłaszała przetargi na operatora, który poprowadziłby jednocześnie cztery inkubatory w Kartuzach, Bytowie, Lęborku i Kościerzynie. W ogłoszonym niedawno trzecim przetargu zmieniono zasady – firmy mogą się ubiegać o poprowadzenie jedynie jednej jednostki. Inkubatory mają zostać uruchomione z początkiem września tego roku. Koszt ich powstania to łącznie ponad 20 mln złotych.
