Ponad 60 mln złotych na odnawialne źródła energii na Pomorzu
Ponad 60 mln zł jest w puli na pożyczki na instalację odnawialnych źródeł energii w województwie pomorskim. Umowę w tej sprawie podpisano już pomiędzy Europejskim Bankiem Inwestycyjnym a Pomorskim Funduszem Pożyczkowym.
Pożyczka OZE to pierwsza tego typu umowa w Polsce. O pieniądze będzie można się o ubiegać w pierwszym kwartale przyszłego roku. Dotyczy to m.in.: przedsiębiorców, jednostek samorządu terytorialnego i ich jednostek organizacyjnych oraz związków i stowarzyszeń jednostek samorządu terytorialnego. Na budowę instalacji odnawialnych źródeł energii pożyczkę mogą też otrzymać organizacje pozarządowe, szkoły wyższe czy grupy producentów rolnych. Kredyt ma być na atrakcyjnych warunkach. Oprocentowanie w skali roku wynosić będzie 0,25 procent, a okres kredytowania może sięgać 15 lat. Ponadto Pomorski Fundusz Pożyczkowy nie będzie pobierać opłat oraz prowizji za czynności związane z udzieleniem i obsługą pożyczek – ponieważ za swoje usługi otrzymują wynagrodzenie z Europejskiego Banku Inwestycyjnego. Z funduszy unijnych na pożyczki zostało przeznaczonych prawie 60 mln zł, a 3,5 mln zł Fundusz dołoży ze środków własnych.
