Biznesmen z Chojnic zatrzymany przez CBŚP za wyłudzenie nieruchomości wartych ponad 23 mln złotych.
Policjanci ustalili, że 41-latek przy zawarciu umowy sprzedaży wprowadził w błąd sprzedających. Nigdy nie zamierzał zapłacić za ich kupno, a majątek próbował ukryć przekazując nieruchomości innej firmie. Po zatrzymaniu Marcina Ł. przeszukano jego mieszkanie, mundurowi znaleźli ukryte za kabiną prysznicową pieniądze – ponad 530 tys. zł i 71 tys. euro. Teraz będą sprawdzali źródło ich pochodzenia.
Podejrzany usłyszał zarzuty oszustwa dotyczącego mienia znacznej wartości i prania pieniędzy. Został tymczasowo aresztowany na 3 miesiące. Grozi mu do 10 lat pozbawienia wolności.
