Bezpłatne zajęcia z samoobrony w systemie Defendo
W Chwaszczynie rusza kolejna runda bezpłatnych zajęć z samoobrony w systemie Defendo. Wcześniej, podczas wakacji wszyscy ochotnicy mogli skorzystać z darmowych zajęć. Zainteresowanie przerosło oczekiwania, dlatego teraz rusza kolejna taka akcja.
W treningach udział wziąć mogą wszyscy, bez względu na wiek, płeć i miejsce zamieszkania. Poza umiejętnościami praktycznymi, uczestnicy zostaną zapoznani z najnowszymi osiągnięciami z zakresu psychologii i biomechaniki oraz zasadami postępowania i zachowania się w sytuacjach zagrożenia zdrowia i życia. Dzięki temu można podjąć prawidłową decyzję zanim dojdzie do eskalacji zdarzenia. Będzie można poprawić swoją sprawność ogólną i specjalną, zwiększyć wytrzymałość, koordynację ruchową oraz gibkość w formie dostępnej dla każdego – zapowiada organizator zajęć Jarosław Niewiadomski. Treningi odbywać się będą przez cały rok, w każdy piątek o godzinie 20.00 w Zespole Szkół w Chwaszczynie.
