Będzie studium rewitalizacji linii kolejowej Kartuzy – Sierakowice – Lębork
Konsorcjum firm z Trójmiasta przygotuje studium rewitalizacji linii kolejowej Kartuzy – Sierakowice – Lębork. Podpisano umowę z wykonawcą. Opracowanie będzie kosztowało 840 tysięcy złotych.
– Studium rewitalizacji zawieszonej dziś linii Kartuzy-Sierakowice-Lębork ma kosztować 840 tys. zł, ma być gotowe za rok – mówi zastępca wójta gminy Sierakowice Zbigniew Fularczyk.
Dokument ma określać warunki, jakie ma spełniać linia po zmodernizowaniu i dać obraz kosztu tej inwestycji. Rewitalizacji trasy Kartuzy-Sierakowice-Lębork chcą samorządy z powiatów: kartuskiego, wejherowskiego i lęborskiego, porozumienie w sprawie opracowania studium podpisały we wrześniu ubiegłego roku. Wczoraj przystąpiła do niego gmina Kartuzy. Podpisano też umowę z wykonawcą opracowania, wyłonionego po czterech przetargach i podwyższeniu sumy jaką gminy i starostwa powiatowe przeznaczyły na ten cel. Wygrało konsorcjum z Trójmiasta, którego oferta była najtańsza. Celem rewitalizacji prawie 60 km trasy jest jej włączenie do Pomorskiej Kolei Metropolitalnej. Planowana jest elektryfikacja linii, bo choć wymaga większych nakładów to zapewnia później eksploatację tańszą od kolejowej komunikacji spalinowej.
