Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska z nową siedzibą
Modelowy Eko-biurowiec stanie w Gdańsku. Będzie to nowa siedziba Wojewódzkiego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej.
– Będzie trzykondygnacyjna, przestrzenna, nowoczesna i energooszczędna – mówi zastępca prezesa zarządu Wojewódzkiego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska Maciej Kazienko.
To pierwszy na Pomorzu obiekt, który będzie spełniał dyrektywę unijną promującą budownictwo energooszczędne, tzn. sam będzie produkował więcej energii niż jej zużyje. Podobne standardy już za 3 lata będą musiały spełniać wszystkie nowo powstające budynki zajmowane przez władze publiczne. Siedziba WFOŚ stanie nad Kanałem Raduni w rejonie ulic Rybaki Górne i Wałowej. Szacunkowy koszt budowy nowej siedziby to blisko 6,5 mln złotych. Rozpoczęte w tym miesiącu prace budowlane mają się zakończyć w listopadzie tego roku.
