Zmodernizują linię kolejową między Ustką, Miastkiem i Szczecinkiem
Sprawniejszą, bardziej komfortową i wydajną komunikację pomiędzy województwami pomorskim i zachodniopomorskim – ma zapewnić modernizacja linii kolejowej Ustka – Miastko – Szczecinek. Pomorski marszałek podpisał wczoraj umowę na rewitalizację nitki nr 405 z przedstawicielami PKP PLK.
– To pozwoli na zwiększenie liczby połączeń i ułatwi życie turystom i mieszkańcom obu województw – mówi pomorski marszałek, Mieczysław Struk.
Obejmie ona 90 km linii, m.in wymianę wyeksploatowanych torów, remont peronów, przebudowę wiaduktów, mostów i przepustów. Powstaną dwa nowe przystanki w Ustce i Szczecinku oraz 53 przejazdy kolejowe. Projekt szacowany jest na ponad 200 mln złotych, w 85 procentach wesprze go unijne dofinansowanie z Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego. Realizacja potrwa co najmniej 3 lata. Modernizacja linii kolejowej z Ustki przez Miastko do Szczecinka ma się rozpocząć w maju tego roku.
