Będą promować pomorskie na Expo 2015 w Mediolanie
Piasek z sopockiej plaży, bursztynowa biżuteria i liczne seminaria – to niektóre sposoby, którymi Trójmiasto chce promować województwo pomorskie na Wystawie Światowej Expo 2015 w Mediolanie.
– Chcemy pokazać nasz potencjał – mówi Zastępca Dyrektora Departamentu Gospodarczego Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Anna Garbatyn – Korzeniowska.
Expo to najbardziej prestiżowe targi na świecie o ponad 160-letniej tradycji, ich celem jest promocja krajów i regionów. Polska po raz pierwszy pojawiła się na tej imprezie 15 lat temu w Hanowerze. Jako pierwszy polski region zaprezentuje się województwo pomorskie. Pomorskie promować będą wspólnie samorządy Trójmiasta. Sopot przygotuje na zewnątrz pawilonu plażę z piasku przywiezionego znad Bałtyku. Gdańsk pokaże wystawę bursztynu, a Gdynia zaprezentuje ekspozycję nowoczesnego designu. Obecni na wystawie pomorscy przedsiębiorcy będą mieli okazję nawiązać kontakty podczas cyklu seminariów poświęconych m. in. turystyce i biznesowi. Pomorski Tydzień w Mediolanie rozpocznie się 1 czerwca.
