Na nowe chodniki, boiska piłkarskie, świetlice wiejskie i miejsca integracji – prawie 300 tysięcy zł rozdzielił Samorząd Województwa Pomorskiego w ramach programu „Aktywne Sołectwo Pomorskie”.
Podpisano już umowy w tej sprawie. Wsparcie otrzymało 30 gmin, wybierano spośród 74 pomysłów na poprawę bezpieczeństwa i jakości życia na terenach wiejskich. Wnioskowana kwota nie mogła przekraczać 10 tys zł, a dofinansowane projekty muszą być zakończone do połowy listopada tego roku. I tak np. w gminie Bytów powstaną wiaty, jako miejsca spotkań i integracji mieszkańców. W gminie Choczewo nowy blask ma zyskać kompleks sportowo-rekreacyjny „Perełka Kierzkowa”, natomiast partnerstwo sołectw Rudniki i Jarzębina w gminie Ryjewo postawiło na scenę plenerową. Marszałek Mieczysław Struk zapowiedział, że projekt „Aktywne Sołectwo Pomorskie” będzie kontynuowany przez samorząd województwa w kolejnych latach.
