Pomorskie gminy będą bardziej ekologiczne
Na usprawnienie gospodarki odpadami – 14 umów na dofinansowanie podpisał pomorski marszałek z przedstawicielami samorządów. Pieniądze trafią m.in. do gmin: Szemud, Kartuzy, Krokowa, Brusy i Czarna Dąbrówka.
Dzięki unijnemu wsparciu zostanie utworzonych 5 a doposażonych 7 Punktów Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych. Będą obsługiwać blisko 123 tysiące mieszkańców. Będą mogli tam bezpłatnie przekazać śmieci problemowe i surowce wtórne. I tak np. w dwóch punktach w gminie Szemud wybudowane zostaną dodatkowe zadaszone place, a wśród mieszkańców będzie przeprowadzona kampania edukacyjna. Kartuski PSZOK zyska punkt zbiórki odpadów elektronicznych. Wsparcie obejmie także cztery Regionalne Instalacje Przetwarzania Odpadów Komunalnych, które oprócz segregacji odpadów zajmują się również ich recyklingiem i przetwarzaniem – np. w materiały budowlane czy alternatywne paliwo technologiczne. Dzięki unowocześnieniu ich moc przerobowa wyniesie łącznie prawie 60 tys. ton na rok. Najdroższa inwestycja to rozbudowa instalacji w Gliwie, będzie kosztować około 22 mln zł.
Wsparte projekty są w sumie warte ponad 63 mln zł, z czego 35 mln zł to unijne dofinansowanie. Ostatnio wsparcie na poprawę gospodarki odpadami otrzymały w lipcu także Bytów i Potęgowo.
