Zwracajmy uwagę na zapach i czystość przed zamówieniem posiłku
Na zapach i czystość w lokalu radzą zwracać inspektorzy przed zamówieniem posiłku. Przed majówką opublikowano wyniki kontroli w restauracjach, barach i smażalniach w miejscowościach turystycznych.
Oprócz województwa pomorskiego objęły one także zachodniopomorskie i warmińsko – mazurskie w trzecim kwartale ubiegłego roku. Nieprawidłowości były w 80 % ze 160 sprawdzonych lokali. Obok zaniedbań higienicznych i przeterminowania produktów były też problemy z identyfikowalnością żywności. W 46 lokalach klienci dostawali tańsze mięso, ryby lub sery niż obiecano w menu, a w 17 porcje były niedoważone. Dlatego przed zamówieniem posiłku warto zwrócić uwagę na cennik i wykaz produktów. – Zaangażujmy też nasze zmysły – radzi Dariusz Łomowski z Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. UOKiK przypomina też wszystkim prowadzącym zakłady gastronomiczne, że informacja o alergenach musi być podana obok nazwy potrawy.
