Trzy osoby zmarły z wychłodzenia w ostatnich dniach w województwie pomorskim. Służby apelują o wzmożoną czujność i zwracanie uwagi na osoby bezdomne czy starsze, których życie może być zagrożone.
– Po otrzymania zgłoszenia tej nocy patrol pojechał na ulicę Gdańską, na pomoc było już jednak za późno – mówi Karolina Pruchniak z wejherowskiej Komendy Powiatowej Policji.
Wychłodzenie było najprawdopodobniej przyczyną śmierci 66 latki, której ciało w piątek znaleziono przy drodze w Nowej Sikorskiej Hucie w powiecie kartuskim. Z wychłodzenia zmarł także 67-o latek, który przysiadł na ławce w Słupsku. Ostatnią ofiarą mrozu jest bezdomny mężczyzna w Rumi. W naszym województwie nadal obowiązuje pierwszy stopień zagrożenia w związku z silnym mrozem ogłoszony przez IMGW. Informacje o osobach zagrożonych wychłodzeniem można zgłaszać telefonicznie – na numer alarmowy 112 bądź dzwoniąc do straży miejskiej czy najbliższego ośrodka pomocy społecznej.
