Trzech przewoźników i jeden bilet na całe połączenie
Trzech przewoźników i jeden bilet – nowe rozwiązanie wprowadziła trójmiejska SKM, PKP Intercity oraz Polregio.
Dzięki jednemu blankietowi znikła uciążliwa konieczność stania w kolejkach do kilku kas. Od 11 września podróżny jadący na przykład z Rumi Janowa do Krakowa, w kasie trójmiejskiej Szybkiej Kolei Miejskiej dostanie jeden bilet na całe połączenie z uwzględnieniem wszystkich przewoźników – wyjaśniono na stronie internetowej samorządu województwa pomorskiego. Dzięki jednemu blankietowi ma być też nieznacznie taniej, dzięki sumowaniu liczby przejechanych kilometrów. Przewoźnicy opierają na nich swoje taryfy i to się nie zmieniło. Zmienił się jednak sposób liczenia odległości. Na przykład, przy połączeniu Polregio – PKP Intercity – Polregio kilometry przejechane w pociągu osobowym będą się sumować. A im ich więcej, tym tańszy jest przejazd. W ramach wspólnego biletu będą honorowane wszystkie ulgi handlowe i ustawowe.
Jak poinformowano w serwisie pomorskie.eu – prace nad wspólnym biletem w Ministerstwie Infrastruktury i Budownictwa cały czas trwają. Następnym celem ma być włączenie do współpracy kolejnych przewoźników kolejowych w Polsce.
