UOKiK ostrzega przed nieuczciwym przedsiębiorcą
Przed nieuczciwym przedsiębiorcą oferującym pożyczki w internecie ostrzega UOKiK. Ostrzeżenie konsumenckie dotyczy działalności Roberta Kałuży prowadzącego działalność pod nazwą IP Group.
– Pod bardzo różnymi adresami internetowymi reklamuje się on jako firma pożyczkowa – wyjaśnia prezes Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów Marek Niechciał.
Klient zainteresowany ofertą musi wysłać SMSa premium lub zrobić przelew. Zwykle kosztuje to więcej niż 30 zł. Jak ustalił UOKiK pożyczki nie są jednak udzielane. Poszkodowani działalnością Roberta Kałuży proszeni są o zgłaszanie do organów ścigania. Listę adresów internetowych, które już zostały zablokowane, opublikowano na stronie internetowej rzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów.
