„Twój Pies” – wspólna akcja straży gminnych i miejskich z Pomorza
Przypominają właścicielom psów o ich obowiązkach – 23 straży pomorskich straży miejskich i gminnych prowadzi akcję „Twój Pies”. Działania potrwają do soboty, prowadzone są w ramach działającej od czerwca prefektury straży miejskich i gminnych.
– Bolączką w dużych miastach jest niesprzątanie nieczystości po czworonogach, zaś na terenach wiejskich wałęsające się psy i ich warunki bytowe w gospodarstwach – stąd potrzeba edukacji i wzmożonych kontroli – mówi Wojciech Siółkowski ze Straży Miejskiej w Gdańsku.
Stowarzyszenie powstało by organizować wspólne przedsięwzięcia posługując się jednolitymi standardami i by głos pomorskich straży był lepiej słyszalny. To już druga wspólna akcja pomorskich straży – w ubiegłym roku na przełomie sierpnia i września 20 jednostek zajęło się „Bezpieczną drogą do szkoły”, pomysł wyszedł z Rumi. – Tamtejsza straż bierze także udział w akcji „Twój pies”, podobne działania są tam prowadzone co roku na wiosnę – wyjaśniał komendant straży miejskiej w Rumi Roman Świrski. Akcja 23 pomorskich straży potrwa do 22 kwietnia. Właściciele psów ignorujący pouczenia będą karani mandatami – w wysokości od 20 do 500 zł.
