Policzyli zimujące ptaki wodne w Kaszubskim Parku Krajobrazowym
Najwięcej jest kaczek, ale są też ściśle chronione nurogęsi – wynika z liczenia wodnego ptactwa w Kaszubskim Parku Krajobrazowym.
To część akcji Ogólnopolskiego Towarzystwa Ochrony Ptaków. Projekt jest długofalowy, chcemy się dowiedzieć które gatunki zimują na Kaszubach i jaka jest tendencja na przestrzeni lat – wyjaśnia Joanna Kuśnierz, specjalista edukacji ochrony środowiska Kaszubskiego Parku Krajobrazowego.
Akcję prowadzono m.in. na Jeziorach Raduńskich czy dopływach do jeziora Małe Brodno i Brodno Wielkie. Ptaki łatwo można było policzyć, ponieważ skupiały się w miejscach niezamarzniętych. Najwięcej było kaczek – ponad pół tysiąca, były też 37 nurogęsi, 27 łysek i 24 łabędzie.
