W województwie pomorskim nie ma smogu
W województwie pomorskim nie ma smogu – choć znajdujemy się na terenie tzw. podwyższonego ryzyka. Powietrze zanieczyszcza pył, który trafia tam z dymem z kotłowni i przydomowych palenisk.
– Nie zmienia to jednak faktu, że Kaszuby znajdują się na terenie tzw. podwyższonego ryzyka – przestrzega Olga Goitowska z Urzędu Gminy Kartuzy.
Głośno ostatnio było o smogu w dużych, polskich miastach – zanotowano tam bardzo wysokie poziomy zanieczyszczeń powietrza, w szczególności pyłu zawieszonego PM10. Kumulacji tych zanieczyszczeń sprzyjały niskie temperatury i bezwietrzna pogoda. Według danych Wojewódzkiego Inspektoratu Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku nie mamy się czego obawiać. Aktualne dane dotyczące jakości powietrza w województwie można śledzić na stronie internetowej airpomerania.pl, na portalu Głównego Inspektoratu Ochrony Środowiska bądź za pośrednictwem bezpłatnej aplikacji Inspektoratu „Jakość powietrza w Polsce”.
