Ubiegają się o dofinansowanie na Książnicę profesora Gerarda Labudy
O 750 tysięcy złotych dofinansowania na Książnicę profesora Gerarda Labudy wystąpiło do Ministerstwa Kultury wejherowskie starostwo powiatowe. Ma to być kolejny zastrzyk finansowy inwestycji planowanej na początek tego roku.
– O kolejne 750 tys aplikujemy do Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego – mówi wejherowska starosta Gabriela Lisius.
Utworzenie w Wejherowie Książnicy, w której znajdzie się olbrzymi księgozbiór kaszubskiego uczonego, ma wzbogacić ofertę kulturową i turystyczną regionu. Będzie ona łączyć funkcje nowoczesnej biblioteki i czytelni, a także centrum promocji kultury kaszubskiej. Według szacunków potrzeba na to 4 mln złotych. Wejherowskie starostwo powiatowe już pozyskało 300 tysięcy złotych z unijnych funduszy. Wniosek powiatowego samorządu resort kultury rozstrzygnie w pierwszym kwartale 2017 roku.
