Pod koniec października członkowie Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko – Pomorskiego będą świętowali 60-lecie istnienia organizacji. ZKP powstało na fali odwilży październikowej w 1956 roku.
Za cel od początku obrało sobie pielęgnowanie i rozwój języka kaszubskiego oraz naszej kultury, a także samorządności i spraw społecznych. Obecnie liczy ponad 5 tysięcy członków zrzeszonych w 23 oddziałach terenowych. 60-ta rocznica działalności zmusza nas przede wszystkim do głębokiej refleksji – mówi prezes Łukasz Grzędzicki. Okazją do podsumowań będzie rocznicowe spotkanie, które zaplanowano w Gdańsku 29 października. W programie przewidziano mszę świętą w Bazylice św. Mikołaja oraz jubileuszowe uroczystości, które odbędą się w Europejskim Centrum Solidarności.
