Starosta wejherowski Gabriela Lisius laureatką plebiscytu „KOBIETA SUKCESU 2016”. Rozstrzygnięto 21. edycję tego konkursu na Pomorzu. Statuetkami i dyplomami uhonorowanych zostało 10 pań za osiągnięcia zawodowe oraz działalność społeczną.
– Jestem dumna, że mogłam znaleźć się w gronie tak wyjątkowych kobiet – mówiła Starosta Wejherowski Gabriela Lisius. – Ten sukces nie byłby możliwy, gdyby nie ogromne wsparcie przyjaciół i rodziny, którym bardzo serdecznie w dniu dzisiejszym dziękuję.
Gabriela Lisius z samorządem powiatowym związana jest od początku jego funkcjonowania tj. od 1998 r. Była Etatowym Członkiem Zarządu powiatu wejherowskiego, wicestarostą, a od 1 grudnia 2014 r. pełni funkcję starosty. Od lat zajmuje się pracą społeczną. Jest między innymi prezesem oddziału wejherowskiego Polskiego Czerwonego Krzyża.
Plebiscyt „Kobieta Sukcesu” jest organizowany od 1995 r. Jego organizatorem jest Konwencja Przedsiębiorców Województwa Pomorskiego, a patronat honorowy sprawuje Marszałek Województwa Pomorskiego Mieczysław Struk.
