Największa impreza biegowa na Kaszubach składa się z 12 biegów, których trasy przebiegają po wyjątkowych miejscach.
– Do końca października bieżącego roku przewidzianych jest 14 biegów w cyklu „Kaszuby biegają”. Ich trasy są starannie wybierane – mówi Henryk Miotk.
W sumie uczestnicy przebiegną przez kilkaset miejscowości i będą mieli do pokonania około 150 kilometrów. Prolog „Kaszuby biegają” już 12 marca w Chwaszczynie. Tytułu najlepszych biegaczy na Kaszubach bronić będą Monika Czapiewska ze Skorzewa oraz Łukasz Kujawski z Żukowa. Henryk Miotk – pomysłodawca i dyrektor cyklu „Kaszuby biegają” wspominał dziś na naszej antenie, jakie były początki biegania na Kaszubach.
Organizatorzy przygotowali też szereg atrakcji w postaci: biegów towarzyszących dla dzieci i młodzieży – Małe Kaszuby Biegają, wydarzeń kulturalnych, czy rywalizacji drużynowej pn. „Liga Biegowa”. Więcej na ten temat w rozmowie z Henrykiem Miotkiem na stronie internetowej Radia Kaszëbë.
