Ks. Kaczkowski wyróżniony „Za Zasługi dla Województwa Pomorskiego”
Medal „Za Zasługi dla Województwa Pomorskiego” jest najważniejsze odznaczenie przyznawanym przez samorząd województwa.
Na dzisiejszej sesji Sejmiku otrzyma go ksiądz Jan Kaczkowski. To duchowny z ogromnym autorytetem, autor kilku książek, wybitny etyk i autorytet, a przede wszystkim to założyciel Puckiego Hospicjum imienia św. Ojca Pio. Kaczkowski o swojej pracy mówi tak.
Ksiądz Jan Kaczkowski nagród i odznaczeń w swoim dorobku ma znacznie więcej. Wśród nich m. in. Krzyż Kawalerski Orderu Odrodzenia Polski Polonia Restituta, czy tytuł Honorowego Obywatela Miasta Pucka. W tym roku premierę miał film dokumentalny „Śmiertelne Życie”, którego bohaterem jest właśnie chory na raka ksiądz Jan.
