180 dni na spłatę zaległych faktur dla klientów spółki Energa
180 dni na zapłacenie zaległych faktur – będą mieli klienci spółki Energa, którzy od kilku miesięcy ich nie dostawali.
Opóźnienia związane były w związku z wdrażaniem nowego systemu informatycznego obsługi klientów. Przez ostatnie miesiące faktury za energię nie dotarły do około 4-ch procent spośród prawie 3-ch milionów klientów firmy.
Teraz większość z nich otrzyma jedną zbiorczą fakturę za energię elektryczną za zaległy okres. Będzie można ją opłacić jednorazowo lub wpłacać dowolne kwoty nieregularnie – istotne jest, aby cała należność została uregulowana w terminie 180 dni od momentu wystawienia faktury. Wydłużenie terminu płatności nie wymaga żadnego kontaktu z firmą – proces zostanie uruchomiony automatycznie.
Jednocześnie Energa zapewnia, że przez pół roku od wystawienia skumulowanej faktury nie będzie naliczać od niej żadnych odsetek, ani wszczynać procesu windykacyjnego.
