Policyjna akcja przeciw dopalaczom w 10 miejscowościach
Grupę przestępczą rozprowadzającą dopalacze rozbiła policja i straż graniczna.
Zatrzymano 34 osoby, akcję przeprowadzono jednocześnie w 10-u miejscowościach – w tym w Gdańsku i Gdyni. Grupę rozpracował zespół powołany przez komendantów: Wojewódzkiej Policji w Gdańsku i Śląsko – Małopolskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej. Przez ostatnie trzy dni strażnicy i policjanci przeprowadzili działania na terenie całego kraju. Przeszukano kilkadziesiąt mieszkań i pomieszczeń gospodarczych, w których ujawniono 106 kg różnego rodzaju substancji psychotropowych i środków odurzających, tzw. dopalaczy. Zabezpieczono też 80 litrów substancji psychotropowych, z których możliwe jest wyprodukowanie tzw. pigułki gwałtu. Na poczet przyszłych kar zabezpieczono gotówkę – 460 tys. zł i 9 i pół tys. euro.
Zatrzymanym członkom grupy grozi kara od 8 do 15 lat pozbawienia wolności. 18 osób usłyszało zarzuty związane z obrotem dopalaczami bądź przygotowaniem ich do obrotu – informuje Komenda Główna Straży Granicznej na swojej stronie internetowej. Czterem mężczyznom dodatkowo postawiono zarzuty udziału w zorganizowanej grupie przestępczej. Wśród nich jest kierujący grupą 42-latek z Warszawy, w którego samochodzie znaleziono około 200-u tys. zł i kilogram dopalaczy.
