Za niewłaściwie odśnieżony wóz czy chodnik grożą kary
Gdy sypnie śniegiem nie wystarczy włączenie wycieraczek i odśnieżenie przedniej szyby samochodu – przypomina policja. Właścicielom posesji natomiast radzi pamiętać o usunięciu zasp z chodnika.
Kierowcy, którzy zamiast aut prowadzą śnieżne kule – bo nie strzepną śniegu z maski, dachu, tylnej szyby i pokrywy bagażnika – mogą za to wykroczenie otrzymać mandat od 20-u do nawet 500-t złotych. Obowiązek odśnieżania dotyczy także świateł, kierunkowskazów i tablic rejestracyjnych.
W przypadku zabrudzonych reflektorów bądź kierunkowskazów przyjdzie kierowcy zapłacić 200 zł i dodatkowo otrzyma 3 punkty karne. Właściciele posesji natomiast mają obowiązek zadbać o bezpieczeństwo przechodniów odśnieżając chodnik. Jeśli go zaniedbają a pieszy się poślizgnie i np. złamie nogę – może się domagać odszkodowania od właściciela nieruchomości.
Właściciel posesji nie ma obowiązku odśnieżania chodnika jeśli parkują na nim pojazdy, a zarządca pobiera opłaty z tego tytułu.
