Dokończą „Historię Kaszubów” profesora Gerarda Labudy
Dokończą „Historię Kaszubów” profesora Gerarda Labudy – naukowcy z Instytutu Kaszubskiego otrzymali 470 tysięcy złotych z Narodowego Programu Rozwoju Humanistyki na napisanie i wydanie 4 kolejnych tomów opisujących dzieje Kaszubów.
Zapoczątkował je w 2006 roku Gerard Labuda wydając pierwszy tom poświęcony czasom średniowiecznym. Kolejne epoki opiszą profesor Zygmunt Szultka, Józef Borzyszkowski i prezes Instytutu Kaszubskiego Cezary Obracht Prądzyński.
– Tym samym spłacimy wielki dług wobec Gerarda Labudy – mówi profesor Obracht Prądzyński.
Cała historia Kaszubów ma zostać wydana w 2018 roku. Tymczasem jeszcze w tym roku Instytut Kaszubski po raz drugi przyzna Nagrodę imienia profesora Gerarda Labudy dla młodych naukowców zajmujących się sprawami Kaszub i Pomorza. Profesorowi będzie też poświęconych kilka publikacji biograficznych.
