Żywy pomnik profesora Gerarda Labudy
To będzie żywy pomnik na cześć największego z kaszubskich naukowców profesora Gerarda Labudy.
Instytucje naukowe i samorządowe zadeklarowały wczoraj w Wejherowie wspólne działania na rzecz budowy i tworzenia wielkiej biblioteki zmarłego przed pięciu laty profesora. Harmonogram działań przedstawiono podczas naukowej konferencji inaugurującej na Kaszubach rok Gerarda Labudy.
W Książnicy ma się znaleźć wielka biblioteka profesora, ale ma to być również miejsce badań naukowych oraz edukacyjnych dla młodzieży. Budowa ma kosztować blisko 4 mln złotych. W roku profesora Gerarda Labudy wiele wydarzeń kulturalnych przygotowują też władze gminy Luzino, z której pochodził wielki uczony, a także Zrzeszenie Kaszubsko – Pomorskie i Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko – Pomorskiej.
Wernisaż wystawy odbędzie się podczas tegorocznej Nocy Muzeów. Rok profesora Gerarda Labudy uczci też szczególnie Instytut Kaszubski – planuje wydanie kilka ważnych publikacji, o których powiemy w następnych Klekach.
