2016 rokiem prof. Labudy. Konferencja w Wejherowie
W Wejherowie podpisano list intencyjny w sprawie współpracy przy organizacji i funkcjonowaniu Książnicy profesora Gerarda Labudy. Tym samym zainaugurowano rok tego wielkiego naukowca, pisarza i Kaszuby.
W Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko – Pomorskiej spotkali się wejherowscy samorządowcy, profesorowie Uniwersytetów z całej Polski a także członkowie Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko – Pomorskiego. Wspólnie chcą przez cały 2016 roku popularyzować postać profesora, a przede wszystkim pracować nad uruchomieniem wielkiej biblioteki Gerarda Labudy, który pozostawił po sobie 26 tysięcy książek i bogate archiwum. List intencyjny o współpracy przy działaniu Książnicy podpisali przedstawiciele Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko – Pomorskiego, Instytutu Kaszubskiego i wejherowskiego muzeum.
Dzisiejsza konferencja w Wejherowie potrwa do godziny 17-ej i zakończy się wernisażem wystawy poświęconej profesorowi Gerardowi Labudzie.
