Pracodawcy otrzymają zwrot kosztów zatrudnienia młodych
157 mln złotych wsparcia trafi do pracodawców w województwie pomorskim, którzy dadzą pracę młodym mieszkańcom regionu. Pieniędzmi na ten cel przez najbliższe trzy lata będą dysponować powiatowe urzędy pracy.
Decyzją Zarządu Województwa Pomorskiego w bieżącym roku powiaty będą miały do dyspozycji 39 mln zł, w kolejnych – po 59 mln zł. Wsparcie otrzymają pomorscy pracodawcy, którzy zatrudnią na dwa lata osoby poniżej 30 roku życia. Przez pierwszy rok co miesiąc otrzymają refundację części kosztów poniesionych na wynagrodzenia, nagrody oraz składki na ubezpieczenia społeczne skierowanego przez urząd pracy bezrobotnego. Kolejny rok zatrudnienia pracodawca finansuje na własny koszt.
Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Gdańsku podaje, że w przypadku gdy młodzi nowozatrudnieni pracownicy będą potrzebowali wsparcia szkoleniowego u pracodawcy, może on uzyskać finansowanie ich nauki z Krajowego Funduszu Szkoleniowego.
