Nowe kompetencje pielęgniarek i położnych
Możliwość wypisywania recept przez pielęgniarki to dobra zmiana dla pacjentów – ocenia przewodnicząca Okręgowej Izby Pielęgniarek i Położnych w Gdańsku. Anna Wonaszek była dziś naszym gościem w porannej audycji.
– To poprawi sytuację pacjentów, zwłaszcza przy kontynuacji leczenia – mówi Anna Wonaszek.
Rozmawialiśmy o nowych kompetencjach pielęgniarek i położnych. Od pierwszego stycznia te, które przejdą odpowiednie szkolenie, będą mogły wypisywania recept z lekami i środkami specjalnego przeznaczenia żywieniowego. Szefowa Okręgowej Izby Pielęgniarek i Położnych zwraca jednak uwagę, że nie wszystkie pielęgniarki będą wypisywać recepty – nie mają bowiem obowiązku zdobywać nowych uprawnień. W dodatku dopiero teraz ruszyły kursy, które im to umożliwiają. Pielęgniarki liczą że zdobycie nowych uprawnień przełoży się na wzrost ich dochodów, liczą też na rozwiązania systemowe w zakresie wzrostu pielęgniarskich wynagrodzeń.
