Puck: Małżeństwo Cz. z Pucka pozostanie w areszcie do 30 XII
Anna i Wiesław Cz. pozostaną w areszcie do 30 grudnia – gdański Sąd Okręgowy przedłużył wczoraj areszt rodzicom zastępczym z Pucka podejrzanym o spowodowanie śmierci dwójki dzieci powierzonych ich opiece. Do końca grudnia można się też spodziewać zakończenia procesu – ustalił Dziennik Bałtycki. Anna i Wiesław Cz. oskarżeni są o pobicie ze skutkiem śmiertelnym 3-letniego Kacpra. Annie Cz. prokuratorzy postawili też zarzut zabójstwa jego pięcioletniej siostry Klaudii. Do zdarzeń dochodziło odpowiednio 3 lipca i 12 września ubiegłego roku. Cz. zostali aresztowani dopiero po śmierci pięciolatki. Przedłużając areszt do 30 grudnia sąd motywował swoją decyzję m.in. wysoką karą grożącą oskarżonemu małżeństwu i wysokim prawdopodobieństwem popełnienia przez nich zarzucanych im czynów. W czwartek, w formie wideokonferencji zeznawali biegli z zakresu psychologii i psychiatrii. Sąd wyłączył jednak jawność rozprawy w tym zakresie.
Kolejna rozprawa odbędzie się 03 października.
