Dożywocie dla matki zastępczej z Pucka, 5-lat więzienia dla jej męża – gdański sąd okręgowy wydał wyrok w sprawie śmierci dwójki dzieci w rodzinie zastępczej. Do tragedii doszło w 2012 roku. W rodzinie opiekującej się dwojgiem swoich dzieci i pięciorgiem powierzonych doszło do śmierci 3-letniego Kacpra. Dwa miesiące później, we wrześniu, zmarła jego 5-letnia siostra Klaudia. Sąd uznał dziś, że Anna C. jest winna śmiertelnego pobicia i znęcania się nad dziećmi. Wiesław Cz. został uniewinniony od zarzuty śmiertelnego pobicia chłopca, ale skazano go za znęcanie się nad dzieckiem. W opinii przewodniczącego składu sędziowskiego Sebastiana Brzozowskego dowody, m.in. zeznania innych dzieci, nie pozostawiają wątpliwości, że małżeństwo znęcało się nad dziećmi. Bite, poniżane i głodzone – lista w uzasadnieniu wyroku była długa. W przypadku Anny Cz. sąd okręgowy w Gdańsku wydał wyrok wyższy niż chciała prokuratura – dożywocie zamiast 25 lat więzienia. Złagodził za to karę dla Wiesława Cz. Prokurator z Pucka Piotr Styczewski nie podjął jeszcze decyzji czy wyrok zaskarży. Wyrok nie jest prawomocny. Zarówno prokuratura jak i obrońcy przed podjęciem decyzji o jego ewentualnym zaskarżeniu chcą się zapoznać z pisemnym uzasadnieniem. Póki co areszt dla Anny Cz. i Wiesława Cz. przedłużono do końca grudnia.
