Coraz więcej turystów na Pomorzu – oceniają w Pomorskiej PROT
Coraz więcej turystów odwiedza Pomorze. W tym roku ich liczba sięgnie 8,5 miliona – ocenia szefowa Pomorskiej Regionalnej Organizacji Turystycznej.
– Początkowo magnesem dla nich były galerie handlowe, teraz w działaniach marketingowych zwracamy im uwagę na różne możliwości spędzania wolnego czasu, w tym na ofertę kulturalną – mówi dyrektor PROT.
Krystyna Hartenberger-Pater była dziś gościem w naszej porannej audycji. Pomorska gospodarka turystyczna jest na wznoszącej fali m. in. dzięki osłabieniu takich rynków jak Grecja, Turcja czy Egipt. Kluczowa jest też odpowiednia promocja walorów naszego regionu także poza sezonem letnim. Dynamika wzrostu jest ogromna – mówi szefowa PROT, liczba turystów wybierających nasz region wzrosła z 5 milionów w 2010 roku do ponad ośmiu w roku bieżącym. Na Pomorze wracają turyści z Rosji, których liczba spadła ostatnio w związku z trudną sytuacją polityczną.
