W Żukowie czekają na zgłoszenia pań, które chcą się uczyć samoobrony. Kurs ma ruszyć 9 listopada.
– Zajęcia są bezpłatne, już teraz zgłosiło się kilkadziesiąt uczestniczek – mówi instruktor Jarosław Niewiadomski.
Nie ma w nim ograniczeń wiekowych ani dotyczących miejsca zamieszkania. Zgłaszać mogą się kobiety, które chcą się nauczyć jak reagować w sytuacji zagrożenia, jak pokonać strach oraz – co najważniejsze, jak neutralizować działania potencjalnych napastników. Zajęcia rozpoczynają się 9 listopada i potrwają do końca roku szkolnego, prowadzone będą raz w tygodniu. Informacje na temat kursu można znaleźć na stronie internetowej gminy Żukowo.
