Bezpłatna pomoc prawna w powiecie wejherowskim
8 punktów bezpłatnej pomocy prawnej powstanie na terenie powiatu wejherowskiego. Tamtejsze samorządy podpisały porozumienie w tej sprawie.
– Przygotowania do uruchomienia punktów rozpoczęto już w powiecie wejherowskim – porozumienie w tej sprawie podpisano podczas samorządowego konwentu – informuje wójt gminy Linia Bogusława Engelbrecht.
Według ustawy o nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej oraz edukacji prawnej system bezpłatnych porad ma zacząć działać w całej Polsce od początku przyszłego roku. Powstanie ponad 1500 punktów, w których profesjonaliści będą świadczyć pomoc prawną. Będą z niej mogły korzystać osoby otrzymujące świadczenie z pomocy społecznej, młodzież do 26 roku życia, seniorzy po ukończeniu 65 lat, kombatanci, weterani, osoby posiadające ważną Kartę Dużej Rodziny oraz ofiary klęsk żywiołowych. Zgodnie z ustawą na jeden punkt bezpłatnej pomocy prawnej może przypadać do 25 tysięcy mieszkańców. W powiecie wejherowskim będzie ich osiem. Mają być czynne przeciętnie przez 5 dni w tygodniu, przynajmniej 4 godziny dziennie.
