Urząd Marszałkowski pomoże miastom przygotować się do rewitalizacji
W poniedziałek, 12 października, o godz. 13, w Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej Łaźnia w Gdańsku, marszałek województwa Mieczysław Struk podpisze z wiceministrem infrastruktury i rozwoju Pawłem Orłowskim umowę, na mocy której pomorskie miasta otrzymają prawie 4 mln złotych na przygotowanie programów rewitalizacji.
Dzięki temu będą mogły one ubiegać się o dofinansowanie z funduszy europejskich projektów, które umożliwią poprawę sytuacji w zaniedbanych dotychczas dzielnicach. Na działania związane z rewitalizacją Urząd Marszałkowski przeznaczył, w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020, ponad 386 mln złotych. Działania rewitalizacyjne będą obejmowały w szczególności wspieranie integracji społeczno-zawodowej mieszkańców, modernizację zabudowy, zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznych oraz dostosowanie budynków do funkcji społecznych, gospodarczych, rekreacyjnych, kulturalnych i edukacyjnych. Aby ubiegać się o dofinansowanie miasta muszą przygotować dokładną diagnozę obszaru, który ma być objęty rewitalizacją. Podpisanie umowy umożliwi przekazanie pomocy finansowej na sporządzenie takich dokumentów.
