Super Lodołamacz dla Spółdzielni Inwalidów POMORZANKA – po raz 10 wręczono nagrody dla firm działających na rzecz osób niepełnosprawnych.
– Istotą naszego konkursu jest przełamywanie uprzedzeń i stereotypów – tłumaczy prezes Fundacji Aktywizacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych Monika Tykarska.
Hasło tegorocznej edycji konkursu to „Pracodawcy wrażliwi społecznie”. W skali kraju zgłosiło się ponad 400, a na Pomorzu 35 – firm, organizacji i instytucji, które dają osobom niepełnosprawnym szansę na rozwój, integrują. – Panuje przekonanie, że ludzie ze schorzeniami są niewydajni, tymczasem takie osoby często bardziej szanują pracę niż ludzie pełnosprawni – mówi Honorata Szczodrowska z firmy Gregor S.A., laureatki pierwszego miejsca w kategorii Rynek otwarty. – To musi być wszystko opłacalne, ale jak się ma trochę serca i dobrej woli, to osoba niepełnosprawna ma szansę zatrudnienia – dodaje przewodniczący rady wojewódzkiej Polskiej Organizacji Pracodawców Osób Niepełnosprawnych Marian Czajka. Lodołamacza specjalnego otrzymała Małgorzata Mrozowska-Krawczyk – dziennikarka i autorka programu „Świat nie jest taki zły”. W kategorii Zatrudnienie Chronione pierwsze miejsce zajęła Chojnicka Spółdzielnia Socjalna, w kategorii instytucja Stowarzyszenie Pomocy Osobom Niepełnosprawnym z Sopotu. Zwycięscy przeszli do drugiego etapu – finał ogólnopolskich Lodołamaczy 2015 odbędzie się 29 września.
