Kilkaset pielęgniarek z Pomorza będzie jutro protestować w Warszawie. To wyraz oburzenia po nieudanych negocjacjach w sprawie podwyżek płac z Ministerstwem Zdrowia. Ogólnopolski Związek Zawodowy Pielęgniarek i Położnych domaga się 1500 złotych w ciągu trzech najbliższych lat.
– To zdecydowanie za mało – mówi Alicja Sierzputowska ze szpitala w Kościerzynie.
Tymczasem Ministerstwo zaproponowało dla tej grupy zawodowej po 300 złotych brutto czyli 174 złote na rękę. Jutro pielęgniarki z całego kraju będą protestować przed polskim sejmem i budynkiem Ministerstwa Zdrowia. Według statystyk Naczelnej Rady Pielęgniarek i Położnych za 7 lat ich liczba zmniejszy się o 54 tysiące. Już teraz w Polsce na tysiąc mieszkańców przypada jedynie 5 pielęgniarek – to jeden z najniższych wskaźników w Europie. A średnia ich wieku to 48 lat. – O tym informujemy w szerokiej kampanii społecznej „Ostatni dyżur” – dodaje Alicja Sierzputowska.
