PKP i władze województwa chcą inwestować w kolej na południu Kaszub
PKP i władze województwa chcą inwestować w kolej na południu Kaszub. W tym celu 4 dworce w Somoninie, Dziemianach, Brusach i Chojnicach zostały w miniony weekend przekazane lokalnym gminom.
Mają tam powstać węzły integracyjne, a pociągi do Trójmiasta, dzięki remontom torów, mają już w 2017 roku jeździć z prędkością nawet 120 km/h. Działania inwestycyjne w tym kierunku zapowiedział marszałek województwa Mieczysław Struk, który wraz przedstawicielami PKP w sobotę odwiedził południe Kaszub, podczas podróży pociągiem specjalnym. Ostatnie prace remontowe na trasie Kościerzyna – Gdynia na stacjach Gdańsk Osowa i Gdynia Wielki Kack mają zakończyć się do grudnia tego roku. PKP prowadzi również prace przy wymianie torów na odcinku Chojnice – Brusy, na tej trasie obowiązuje komunikacja zastępcza.
