Pielęgniarki nie ustają w walce o podwyżki
Odrzucają proponowany przez Ministerstwo Zdrowia wzrost płac o 600 złotych brutto w dwóch ratach i przygotowują się do kolejnych negocjacji na poniedziałek.
– Na rękę otrzymałybyśmy z tego 174 złote, to zdecydowanie za mało – mówi biorąca udział w negocjacjach Alicja Sierzputowska ze związku pielęgniarek w szpitalu w Kościerzynie.
Ogólnopolski Związek Zawodowy Pielęgniarek i Położnych od miesięcy jest w sporze zbiorowym z rządem i dyrekcją szpitali. Wśród głównych postulatów są podwyżki płac o półtora tysiąca złotych w ciągu trzech najbliższych lat, negocjacje stawek godzinowych i likwidacja dyżurów jednoosobowych. Podczas wczorajszego spotkania w Warszawie Minister Zdrowia zapowiedział przekazanie dla tej grupy zawodowej 900 mln złotych od września tego roku i kolejne półtora miliarda złotych od stycznia 2017 roku.
Pielęgniarki odrzuciły propozycje Ministerstwa i przygotowują się do kolejnych negocjacji. Jeśli one nie przyniosą rezultatów we wrześniu zaczniemy ogólnopolski strajk generalny – dodaje Alicja Sierzputowska. Kolejne negocjacje w Ministerstwie Zdrowia odbędą się 3 sierpnia.
