W Pszczółkach rusza Autodrom Pomorze
Autodrom Pomorze otwarty – pierwszy w północnej Polsce ośrodek dla kierowców, chcących doskonalić swoje umiejętności mieści się w Pszczółkach.
Autodrom Pomorze powstał dzięki inicjatywie Pomorskiego Ośrodka Ruchu Drogowego w Gdańsku. Częstym problemem kierowców są złe nawyki oraz brak przygotowania na niespodziewane zdarzenia drogowe. Dlatego w Ośrodku Doskonalenia Techniki Jazdy w Pszczółkach można sprawdzić swoje podstawowe umiejętności, począwszy od prawidłowej pozycji za kierownicą, przez hamowanie awaryjne z ABS i bez systemu, do zjawiska nadsterowności i podsterowności pojazdu. W ośrodku trenować będą profesjonaliści i amatorzy, będzie można spróbować swoich sił na torze kartingowym, quadowym i w innych warunkach, np. z wykorzystaniem szarpaka, który destabilizuje tor jazdy. Otwarcie ośrodka jest także istotne z punktu widzenia świeżo upieczonych kierowców. Według projektu nowelizacji ustawy o kierujących pojazdami od stycznia 2016 roku ma być wprowadzony obowiązek przeprowadzania kursów doszkalających w zakresie bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego oraz praktycznego szkolenia z zagrożeń w ruchu drogowym.
W Polsce znajduje się jeszcze 10 ośrodków doskonalenia techniki jazdy – mają je Zielona Góra, Warszawa, Jastrzębia, Lublin, Wrocław, Opole, Toruń, Jędrzejów, Przeźmierowo i Pobiedziska.
